About these terms

These terms cover your use of plexblocks.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The PlexBlocks plugins themselves are licensed separately, see the section on the plugins below.

Using the website

You may read this site and share links to it. You agree not to use it for anything illegal, to try to break or overload it, or to copy it in a way that suggests it is yours.

The plugins

The PlexBlocks plugins are free and are released under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later, the same license as WordPress. You can use, change and share them under that license. You download them from WordPress.org. Your use of a plugin is covered by its license and by the section on plugin data below, not by a separate paid agreement.

Plugin data

When you activate, deactivate or uninstall a ConicPlex plugin, it sends an automated request to the ConicPlex server. The request contains the action, the administrator email address, the site URL, the plugin name, version and text domain, the WordPress version, and the site language and timezone. We use it to improve the plugins and to give support. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full. If you do not agree, please do not install or use our plugins.

Our content

The text, graphics, logos, images and code on this site belong to ConicPlex or its suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws. The plugin code is covered by its own open source license as described above. The PlexBlocks name and logo are ours, and the license of the code does not give you the right to use them in a way that suggests we approve of your product.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as WordPress.org. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

No warranty

The website and the plugins are provided as they are and as available, without any warranty, either express or implied. We try to keep everything accurate and working, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or suit your site. Please test a plugin on your own site before relying on it.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ConicPlex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, that result from your use of the website or the plugins.

Ending access

We may suspend or end access to this website at any time, for example if these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change is significant we will say so on the site, and the date at the top of this page will show when it last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
